Return Policy
Return Eligibility & Timeline
- You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours), we will process your exchange or refund.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days, though some banks or providers may take up to 10 working days to reflect the refund.
- You will receive an email notification once your return is finalized.
What Can’t Be Returned
- Customized or personalized items (e.g. custom sizing, colors, embroidery, monograms).
- Gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items must be returned in original, unused condition—without wear, wrinkles, or damage.
- Shoes must be returned unworn and free of scratches or sole marks.
- Complimentary products (gifts included with your purchase) must be returned along with the original item.
- Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.
Megamarto reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not meet these conditions.

Custom Orders Policy
Alteration Support
We aim for a perfect fit the first time. If your custom-made product doesn’t fit as expected, we offer one free alteration to fix it.
Important Notes
- Custom and bespoke products are not eligible for return or refund as they are made-to-order and cannot be resold.
- If you chose to use your own measurements despite our recommendations, and the product doesn’t fit, a minimal alteration fee may apply.
Our Commitment to Quality
We take the following steps to reduce fit and design issues:
- Pre-Dispatch Review: We send you images of the final product for approval before it ships.
- Measurement Guidance: We help you provide accurate body measurements for the best fit.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Terms
- You may request to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it.

If your order has already shipped or entered customs processing, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you’ll need to accept delivery and then initiate a return.
Time-Sensitive Orders
Orders marked as urgent or guaranteed delivery cannot be canceled after placement due to accelerated processing.
Order Acceptance & Payment Terms
- Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or description before or after order acceptance.
If there’s a pricing error:
- If the correct price is lower, we’ll refund the difference.
- If the correct price is higher, we may request your confirmation before proceeding or cancel the order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion for any reason.
