📦 Return Eligibility

  • Regular products can be returned for:
    • Refund
    • Exchange
    • Store credit
  • Bespoke or made-to-measure products are only eligible for alteration, not refund or exchange.

⏳ Return Processing Timeline

  1. Once your return reaches our Fulfillment Center, it will be inspected within 72 hours.
  2. After inspection, you will receive an email confirmation that your return is complete.
  3. If a refund is approved, it will be issued within 7 business days.
  4. Depending on your bank, it may take 2–10 additional business days for the credit to appear on your account.
