At Megamarto, we proudly offer complimentary shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase or hidden fees — no matter where you are in the world.
Please Note: We currently do not ship to the following locations:
- Russia
- Israel
- Iran
- Iraq
- India
- Countries under OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions

Note: “Prime” items are in stock and ready for immediate shipping.
Most orders arrive within 3–4 business days after dispatch via express shipping.
Shipping & Courier Partners
We use trusted global couriers like DHL and FedEx to deliver your orders securely and quickly.
📦 Important: We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses at this time.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means:
- You may be responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or local fees upon delivery.
- Please check with your local customs office before placing an order to avoid surprises.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived:
- Contact both Megamarto Support and the courier within 5 business days.
- Claims made after this window may be ineligible for investigation or compensation.
- If the courier confirms the package was lost or damaged:
- We’ll either reship your order or
- Issue store credit of equal value.
❗ Lost packages are not eligible for refunds.
Customer Responsibilities
Tracking & Delivery Issues:
- You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
- Customers are responsible for:
- Monitoring delivery status
- Contacting the courier if:
- A delivery fails
- Rescheduling is needed
- The parcel is held at a pickup location
⚠️ Failure to take action may result in your package being returned or destroyed. Megamarto is not responsible for such cases.
Unaccepted Deliveries:
If a delivery is refused or redirected back to sender, the parcel may be destroyed or lost. In these cases, we cannot process refunds or replacements.
To return a product, the delivery must be accepted first, then processed according to our Return Policy.
Incorrect Address:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
- Once an order is shipped, address changes are not possible.
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address and the package cannot be returned, we are not liable for refund or replacement.
Additional Information
Order Confirmation:
You will receive an email confirmation at info@megamarto.shop once your order is successfully placed.
Combined Orders:
Multiple orders to the same address may be combined for faster and more sustainable shipping unless you request otherwise.
Complimentary Items:
Free gifts or add-ons may not be included with bulk orders (10+ items). This is subject to our team’s discretion.
